Ross began his career as a plasterer, before going off on his own to form his own supply, fix and stop service for new builds. In 2009, he went to the United States to begin his work in insulation. After over 30 years in the construction industry, his passion has stayed strong, and he now continues that story with Insulfoam.

Ross is our most experienced applicator, always making sure to deliver to the highest standards. His qualifications come straight from Huntsman Building Solutions—previously Demilec—the heart of foam insulation technology, located in Texas. Ross is a family man with an entrepreneurial mindset, combining these two aspects of his life to create a family business where family values support company values. Ross spends his free time tinkering with cars, catching up on yard work, and spending time with his two young kids, Benson and Willow-Rose.

Cameron has been part of the family plasterboard business since 2017. In 2022, he underwent the IANOSS training programme to become a qualified Insulfoam applicator.

Cameron has a real eye for design, and loves building things.

Outside of work, you can find him getting stuck in to one of his personal DIY projects, which includes everything from building tables, to growing and harvesting his own chilli plants.

Louise has been working in retail for the last decade, from selling clothes in New Zealand, to furniture sales in London. Now, she’s shifted that focus to the construction industry.

Louise is a creative at heart, and spends her spare time playing music, creating preserved floral arrangements, and looking after her many house plants.

Hamish has always worked in the construction industry, using his keen eye for detail and unwavering punctuality.

He looks after all of our stock flow and maintains quality control for all materials.

You can find Hamish on Saturdays cooking up his speciality, a slow-cooked beef brisket, or slicing up one of his homemade pizzas.

Jocelyn has been using her amazing administration talents in the construction industry for 20 years, nine of which have been helping Ross.

Outside of work hours, she loves her family, her dogs, and the odd cheeky glass of wine.

Any given long weekend is a great excuse for Jocelyn to head off along the New Zealand coast in search of another beautiful beach town.
